Quality

We actively align ourselves with suppliers that have adopted internationally accepted quality systems.

We operate continuous improvement systems to ensure a professional service to our customers. As well as being audited by the FIAAA we also have regular internal reviews of product quality and service performance. We monitor regulatory changes in order to meet changing requirements for existing products and sources and we engage with the relevant agencies, our logistics partners and suppliers to facilitate the appropriate introduction of new products or sources.

Safety, Health and the Environment

We manage and promote robust business practices. The safety and health of our staff and customers, together with the protection of the environment is fundamental to our business. We are proud of our record in this area and care is taken to ensure that all products are packed, labelled, transported and stored according to both international and local regulations.

Accreditation

We achieved FIAAA accreditation in August 2013 and were only the seventh company in Australia do this. We accomplished this on our first attempt and have maintained this accreditation each and every year following.

Responsibility

We are proactive in participating in industry matters and we make industry submissions to ensure ongoing compliance with Customs, AQIS, APVMA & NICNAS.
