Continuous improvement is embedded in the way we operate. Alongside regular FAMI-QS audits, we conduct ongoing internal reviews to maintain high standards across product quality, operational performance, and customer service. We closely monitor regulatory developments and work collaboratively with industry agencies, logistics partners, and suppliers to ensure compliance and the seamless introduction of new products and sourcing opportunities.
The safety and wellbeing of our staff, customers, and the environment are fundamental to our business. We are committed to responsible and sustainable business practices, with all products carefully packed, labelled, transported, and stored in accordance with both local and international regulations.
In August 2013, we became one of the first Australian companies to achieve FIAAA accreditation, successfully maintaining this since then. In February 2021, we achieved FAMI-QS accreditation reflecting our ongoing commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
We also take an active role within our industry, value adding to discussions and submissions that support ongoing compliance with Customs, AQIS, APVMA, and NICNAS requirements. We are accredited Australian Trusted Traders and maintain open communication with Australian Border Force. Open communication throughout the supply chain and customer feedback remain an important part of our business, helping us refine our processes, strengthen our service offering, and continue delivering the personalised approach that defines us as an Australian owned family business.
